摘要

The present paper seeks to ponder the linking between means and practical of communication in relation to the diffusion of topics on youngters´public health, based on results obtained thanks to a project of international investigation –by initiative of the Pan American Organization of Health– in thirteen countries of Latin America. In this case, we will think about the research work carried out in the Argentine in november 2001
