Resumo

A televisão convencional, em seu princípio como meio de comunicação centralizada e de audiência massiva, está atualmente transformando-se e diversificando-se para adaptar-se às novas exigências e condições dos novos contextos digitais. Estão sendo produzidas, neste sentido, profundas e progressivas transformações nos sistemas de produção, distribuição e recepção; nos programas, gêneros e conteúdos em geral e, inclusive, nas formas de comercialização e financiamento. Este trabalho reúne os novos desafios da “sociedade multitelas” que se abre de forma inexorável em nosso horizonte.
