摘要

在当今社会，信息是个体发展的主要元素，所以其分布在优先社会会被取代。因此，有必要建立一套体系帮助人们学习如何使用这些资源。另一方面，科技的发展和现实的教育案例都说明了教育传导的重要性。科技信息和沟通都是自然的附属品，前者关注于信息技术，而后者关注于沟通的过程，但最理想的是可以找到两项的共同点。这项研究致力于以图书管理学和信息技术为理论，试图找出一些学习和竞争发展的可能性，来更合理的运用信息技术。
