摘要

此文章是对新旧技术在加纳教育界应用的一个回顾,并且指出最新多媒体技术的使用对教育界的影响。但是作者指出,这些新的科技引入到了教育中心和高等院校并没有得到应有的重视,没发挥其作用,所以要对其教师进行培训,让其了解其内容。如果不这样的话,新的信息和交流技术在教室中只能成为旧的传统教学的工具,学生们还是传统的思维方式,不会批判性思考。最后作者指出,在加纳和非洲其他国家,对教师的信息技术使用培训是必要的,对于信息和交流技术的培训可以加强其使用和其他传媒工具在课堂上的应用。
