摘要

从90年代开始，私营电视台和广播电台就开始对土耳其的媒体结构进行改革。那时候对媒体文化，大众教育，甚至青年教育都没有引起重视，直到2006年，土耳其教育部和电视广播总局（RTÜK）在媒体文化和教育上达成共识，媒体教育上内容要包括，民主，市民，人权，言论自由，独自个体，特殊需求，女性歧视等等。通过现在的土耳其电视在媒体文化和教育方面所作的努力，我们可以知道它们将来会取得的成果。
