摘要
人们进入光通讯技术交流和沟通的时代，新的社会活动也随着科技的变化而有所不同。这篇文章讲述TIC不仅作为个人的网络，而且也是社会的网络科技，该作用由其功能多样性（社会政治，任职等），多功能灵活性（生活圈等）决定。科学技术的挑战主要是部件设计的灵活性，个人空间的网络，使用者界面的实用性，家庭管家系统等等。这篇文章讲述了上述论文与教育的关系。
