摘要

作為電影語言載體的新多媒體材料的開發的增多,在教師培訓領域提出了一些全球性的文化問題。這些新的文化現象給課程的設計提出一個特別的問題:不同的媒體,社會和文化語境應當如何接軌特定的教師(事實上,還有媒體制作人)培訓,以求解決那些全球性的,關於一種通用電影語言及其相應的公民和課程化挪用的問題?聯合國教科文組織的媒體與資訊讀寫力教師課程(UNESCO MIL Curriculum for Teachers)將媒體和資訊讀寫力置於在廣泛意義上獲得公民競爭力這一畢生的學習過程的核心。對一些歐洲的案例的研究可以幫助我們理解一些最為現實的、占主流地位的多媒體資訊和他們之間的溝通管道及社交網路之間的相互聯繫。其中,考慮到了與整個世界音響文化相聯繫的整體聲音和圖像記憶作為文化遺產的保護。因為這些過程從不會在地理和文化層面上孤立出現。本文的目的在於表明可能的跨學科和跨文化的全球電影讀寫力處理過程的環境,並以一些在《Comunicar,35》中出現的有趣的歐洲案例研究為出發點。
