摘要
政府是否可以通过相应的公共渠道来帮助公众宣泄 他们的不满,暴怒,失败,不确定等情绪?在根深蒂固的 偏见情绪中,是否有可能通过政治改革把根深蒂固的种族主义 根除掉?本篇文章通过youtube上的一个叫做《我的缆车经历》 的视频,一个旅行者在英国旅行时用手机拍下来的视频, 回答种族主义的问题。通过量学的分析,分析了当时乘客的 愤怒心情,关于种族、移民、社会阶层等方面的思考。 由于其他原因,该视频没有在其他的公共媒体和学校传播。 因为这些传统媒体会考虑到观众的感受,所以对该种族问题的 视频进行删选。虽然网络媒体还没有被学校接受,但是它在 公民教育中已经起到了非常重要的作用。
