摘要

记笔记是高等教育的学生普遍采用的办法,并证实这对他们的学习成绩有影响。然而当今对电脑的使用正在取代传统的铅笔和纸的办法。当前研究的目的,在于辨识有关大学生使用电脑打字和铅笔加纸(手书)记笔记两种方式的优缺点。共有251名社会和健康科学的学生参加了研究。选了两个实验条件:手写记笔记(n=211),以及用电脑记笔记(n=40)。用电脑记笔记的在复制字母、写句子和识别单词(p<.05)这些任务上完成的更好。然而,手写记笔记者在完成自由回想(p<.05)任务上做得更好。两种条件下的差别有深远的统计学意义,反驳了组间等同的假设(X2=60.98; p<.0001)。另外,判别分析确证本研究正确地根据实验条件对77.3%的学生进行了分类。尽管电脑允许更快地记笔记,但因为同时刺激了大脑处理记忆任务,手写笔记能提高着学生的分数。
