对西方多媒体平台,如YouTube,的研究既多产又跨学科,而亚洲的平台却不为人所知。“danmaku”或“弹幕”,是日本和中国的一种流行视觉系统,我们从青少年和跨文化两方面分析来对亚洲平台作了一番探究。这个技术可以对影像插入动态的和切合上下文的评论,并有几种排版选项。根据取自一个有着百万级用户的影迷平台上对《时间管理局》的1,590个评论资料,我们分析了最能引起中国粉丝兴趣的话题。我们结合了内容分析和多模式讨论分析(电视系列,亚洲平台和用户评论),内容分析以最大介入(n>6)的方式对这些类别合并使用了编码与计数技巧。结果显示,用户对影片类型(时间旅行),角色,剧情,特别的社会文化类容和西班牙语最感兴趣。他们的讨论提到了跨文化性的问题,有些在中国是禁忌的话题,和亚洲粉丝文化。我们的研究说明了在亚洲社交媒体中参与、交流和学习的潜力,为媒体与数码文化领域作出了有意思的新颖的贡献,并对通过流行文化来促进获得跨文化能力提出了各种建议。
