摘要

基于2015年～2016年间对四份西班牙报纸122名记者的问卷调查，本文分析了在何种程度上这些职业人士感觉到了介于他们的职业理想和新闻实践之间的断裂（裂缝），以及在极化多元媒体系统中什么是最具“冲突性”的角色。根据所调查的职业人士的感受，西班牙新闻记者认为在他们的报纸工作中有着角色冲突。调查结果显示，他们对6、7个职业角色的观念和他们所理解的角色规定之间有着巨大差异。最大的出入在于看守者、公共传播者两个角色上。职业理想及其在新闻工作中的落实之间的冲突总是因媒体组织的支持而才得以解决。我们的研究结果是前后一致的，并支持先前的研究，先前的研究把极化多元媒体系统定义为媒体生态系统，与背负财政债务而依赖政治经济力量的媒体组织相比，新闻记者在这个生态系统中几乎无法聚集任何权力。根据文献评论和展开研究的语境，我们的研究结论得到了大家的讨论。
