Resumo

Este trabalho propõe a aplicação de itinerários pessoais de aprendizagem em um ambiente rico em tecnologia para melhorar as experiências de aprendizagem na formação inicial de docentes. Utiliza-se uma abordagem mista, aplicando uma pesquisa baseada em design, para identificar as características que os itinerários personalizados de aprendizagem devem possuir e projetar a estrutura de sequências didáticas que configuram esses itinerários atendendo ao contexto, ao foco do ensino e da aprendizagem, às tarefas e à avaliação. O resultado principal é um protótipo de estrutura permutável de sequência didática que permite que os próprios estudantes configurem itinerários personalizados de aprendizagem, ao mesmo tempo em que ocorre a permuta e o codesign de itinerários entre os diferentes docentes. Os estudantes selecionam as sequências de um catálogo, organizando seus próprios itinerários de aprendizagem a partir da combinação de diferentes tipos de sequências ofertadas, promovendo a autonomia e a autodireção do processo de aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento de competências de gestão pessoal da informação e do trabalho colaborativo por parte dos alunos. Conclui-se que os itinerários personalizados propostos apresentam um equilíbrio adequado entre a estrutura, fruto do trabalho do design e/ou do codesign didático, e a autonomia necessária para a autodireção do próprio processo de aprendizagem, seja ela individual ou na construção colaborativa do conhecimento.
