Resumo

A integração da Gestão de Conhecimento (GC) em diversos âmbitos, tantos acadêmicos como empresariais, foi favorecida graças ao impulso das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TICs). O objeto desta pesquisa foi, por um lado, conhecer os processos chave da GC em estudantes da Faculdade de Educação e da Escola de Engenharias em uma universidade espanhola, e, por outro lado, avaliar em que medida as TICs servem como apoio a estes processos. Para isso, foi aplicado o questionário projetado e validado MAINGC a 200 estudantes que ingressaram na universidade para o período letivo 2018-2019. Foram analisadas catorze ferramentas TICs e quatro dimensões de GC: gestão da informação, transformação da informação em conhecimento, gestão da aprendizagem resultante e ferramentas TICs em apoio à GC. Os resultados mostram padrões diferenciados no uso da tecnologia e na percepção da GC em função do gênero, da idade e da titulação. Assim, foi observado que os estudantes de mestrado se sentem mais capacitados que os de engenharia em relação com os processos de GC. As respostas dos estudantes sobre o uso de ferramentas de TICs sugerem que seu emprego ainda não está totalmente integrado nos processos de GC e que existem diferenças nos padrões de uso por parte de ambos os grupos dentro do ambiente acadêmico.
