Резюме

Сегодня Twitter стал одной из основных платформ для вовлечения граждан. Однако, в то время как предыдущие подобные исследования были сосредоточены на мнении о вакцинах в целом или о других конкретных вакцинах, до сих пор мнения о вакцинах COVID-19 в Твиттере не изучались. Цель данного исследования - с помощью инструментов анализа социальных сетей и средств обработки языка изучить степень благоприятности или неблагоприятности мнений и взаимодействий, представленных в Twitter, по отношению к основным вакцинам COVID-19. Кроме того, изучается актуальность каждой из основных вакцин, а также уровень их противоречивости (полемичности). Подобным образом, в данном исследовании впервые изучается дискурс не только с точки зрения контента, но и участников, которые его интегрируют, подробно анализируя верифицированные аккаунты и используя инструменты для обнаружения ботов. В глобальном плане результаты показывают умеренную благосклонность к вакцинам COVID-19, при этом наиболее приемлемыми являются вакцины Oxford-AstraZeneca, Pfizer и Moderna, а также Sputnik V в конкретном случае верифицированных аккаунтов. С другой стороны, вакцина, привлекающая наибольшее внимание, - российская Sputnik V, которая также является самой спорной после вакцин китайского происхождения. Наконец, проверенные пользователи являются значимыми агентами в разговоре из-за их большей способности к распространению и охвату, в то время как присутствие ботов практически отсутствует.
