Resumo

O problema da desinformação é uma ameaça aos sistemas democráticos. É um fenômeno global que deve ser abordado a partir de múltiplas perspectivas, sendo a pedagógica uma das mais relevantes e, portanto, é necessário saber quais modelos didáticos têm sido desenvolvidos para empoderar os cidadãos diante da desinformação. Uma revisão sistemática da literatura (2011-2020) foi realizada sob o protocolo PRISMA e artigos de pesquisa (n = 76) extraídos de três bases de dados (Wos, Scopus e ERIC) foram analisados. A análise foi realizada com o apoio de gestores bibliográficos e text mining. Oito perguntas de pesquisa são respondidas sobre o quadro conceitual, as características documentais e a dimensão pedagógica. A análise documental oferece uma visão do papel das múltiplas alfabetizações na pesquisa educacional sobre o fenômeno da desinformação, destacando a relevância da “alfabetização midiática” e da “informacional”, bem como o surgimento da “alfabetização jornalística” e nos “dados”. A necessidade de adotar abordagens interdisciplinares é evidente. Em relação aos resultados educacionais, são identificadas três abordagens pedagógicas: estratégias de competência, com foco no conteúdo e educação para a cidadania. As práticas pedagógicas mais frequentes são a realização de oficinas e a elaboração de planos didáticos. O desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico, as experiências de co-construção do conhecimento e os valores da educação cívica são fundamentais para combater a desinformação.
