民主建立在个人自由发表意见的能力之上。要做到这一点,他们需要能够访问多个来源和真实的信息内容,而这种访问在很大程度上取决于其媒体环境的特征。当今社会的主要问题之一是通过社交网络传播的大量虚假信息。本文重点是研究议会虚假信息。观察议员是否以及如何推动数字公共空间中的信息混乱。我们通过对西班牙议会发言人和各团体主要名单代表在推特上发布的 2307 条消息的内容进行探索性分析,对虚假信息言论进行研究。结果显示,尽管虚假信息的数量相对较低(占推文的 14%),但无论是主题(COVID-19、基于性别的暴力、移民或 LGTBI 群体),还是语气和演说口吻的推文都形成了导致信息混乱的模式,在机构和议会代表之间产生了不信任。该研究深入探讨了政治精英引起的错误信息,这些信息是构建两极分化叙事的关键因素。
