Резюме

Способность к эффективному общению является фундаментальным аспектом образования. Для студентов университетов умение выступать на публике имеет большое значение для их академического и профессионального будущего. Однако многие студенты испытывают страх перед публичными выступлениями, известный как тревога публичного выступления (PSA). Целью данного исследования является реализация программы обучения с использованием виртуальной реальности (VR) с отвлекающими факторами для снижения тревожности студентов университета, измеряемой электродермальной активностью и методами самоотчета. Для этого были использованы экспериментальная и контрольная группы. Обе группы должны были произнести одну и ту же речь дважды: претест (до обучения) и посттест (после обучения), в то время как измерялась электродермальная активность. Только экспериментальная группа проходила обучение с использованием VR. Студенты также заполнили шкалу тревожности публичных выступлений и опросник, чтобы изучить свой опыт. Результаты показали, что VR-тренинг значительно снизил уровень тревожности в экспериментальной группе, а в контрольной группе существенных различий не было. Данные также выявили более высокий уровень тревожности у мужчин, чем у женщин. Наконец, участники сообщили о положительном впечатлении от VR-тренинга. Эти результаты показывают эффективность VR-тренинга с отвлекающими факторами в снижении тревожности публичных выступлений.
