社交网络加剧了仇恨言论在个人和社会层面的影响。这使其成为众多学术期刊的焦点,从而提高了这一全球问题的知名度。本研究的目的是分析仇恨言论和社交网络的学术作品的基本描述性指标,并探索这些方法的跨学科性。在 20 年(2001 年至 2020 年)的时间段内,基于 Scopus 数据库中与二项式“仇恨言论”和“社交网络”相关的作品进行了文献计量研究。所使用的指标表明,从 2017 年起,该主题开始引起研究人员的更大兴趣,构成了一个足以将该主题视为让学术界感兴趣的指标。从严格的度量角度来看,这两个概念之间的联合研究提高了其质量水平。 «计算机科学» 和«社会科学» 领域是明确定义有关该主题的学术作品的两个领域。在这两个领域的作品和引用领域的百分比倒置显示了这种跨学科性。所获得的指标显示了必须采取积极措施的社会问题的相关性和超越性。
