目前,教室里被诊断患有注意力缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD) 的适龄学童人数有所增加。许多研究提出,作为药物的替代方案,在课堂上实施不同的神经技术可以减轻其症状并有利于增强具有上述诊断的学童的认知能力。本篇综述旨在汇编关于这些技术在学校中的应用及其实施的科学证据。我们严格根据 PRISMA标准,对发表在科学期刊的关于在教育环境中应用对多动症人群使用神经技术,如神经反馈、经颅刺激 (tDCS) 或超扫描,来解决多动症问题的文章进行了包括英语和西班牙语在内的系统评价。研究保留了 14 项系统评价,表明神经反馈是使用最广泛的神经技术,尽管它在课堂上的实际实施很少被提及或仅用于评估疗效。其次,tDCS 以更临床的方式出现。最后,超扫描技术并未出现。尽管我们发现了希望得到的实验结果,但仍需要进行生态学研究以提出在学校有效实施这些技术的建议;另一方面,对神经教育的承诺将带来新的专业人才出现。
