Резюме

This paper makes a brief review of the different uses of Internet focusing on its characteristics: the universality of information, the communicative facilities and the easy access to information. The author thinks that these characteristics are the keys to reflect on the relevance of Internet in order to show that the educational environment can not be kept out of the revolution of communication.
