摘要

包括挪威在内的许多欧洲政府都制定了雄心勃勃的数字化教育政策。许多企业和政策制定者非常重视在教育中使用数字化技术,以满足未来对有能力且合格的劳动力的需求。研究人员和政策制定者普遍认为专业的教师是成功在学校中实施数字技术的关键角色。人们对专业教师在数字技术的实施和使用上抱有许多期望。专业教师在某种程度上应该自主决定如何在课堂上使用数字技术。本文分析了在学校背景下“具有数字化能力的专业老师”概念的意义。此外还讨论了对专业数字化能力需要有一个更好的理解,其中要考虑到与技术、学校和教学专业有关的各种社会和文化方面。在探讨在专业教学环境中实施技术的社会和文化条件时,我们将借鉴从建构主义角度对技术的理解,即“技术本土化”。
