Resumo

No momento atual, a competência digital docen transcende a formação individual de educadores relativa às TICs. O Quadro Europeu de Competência Digital para Educadores (DigCompEdu, no acrônimo em inglês) estabelece que professores devem capacitar seus alunos com a aplicação das tecnologias digitais de forma crítica e responsável no que se refere à informação, à comunicação, à produção de conteúdo, ao bem-estar e à resolução de problemas. Embora haja boas intenções de sistematizar um modelo comum de desenvolvimento da competência digital, nota-se que as propostas carecem de uma abordagem pedagógica que lhes sirva de base teórica. Este trabalho apresenta um modelo de desenvolvimento dessa competência fundamentado na abordagem sociocultural que leva em conta quatro constructos: Domínio, Preferência, Reintegração e Apropriação. Para tanto, elaborou-se uma escala ad hoc para registrar a competência digital docente por meio de seu desenvolvimento em estudantes, levantando evidências empíricas. Elaborou-se um questionário para coletar dados. A amostra é composta por 1.881 estudantes matriculados no ensino obrigatório de Andaluzia. Para realizar a análise de dados, utilizou-se a plataforma SPSS. As médias gerais de cada uma das dimensões verificadas revelam um nível médio de desenvolvimento da competência digital. Conclui-se que ainda há muito a ser feito em termos de formação de educadores em TICs, sendo necessário proporcionar estratégias para o desenvolvimento do seu uso em seus estudantes.
