Резюме

Это исследование посвящено влиянию кибер-остракизма на сайты социальных сетей. На основе модели остракизма, основанной на временной потребности-угрозе, мы проанализировали влияние на рефлексивные реакции, в частности, ухудшение настроения и угрозу четырем основным потребностям (чувство принадлежности, самоуважение, осмысленное существование и контроль), а также рефлексивную реакцию в виде просоциального, антисоциального или избегающего поведения. Мы также уделяем внимание той роли, которую играет социальная тревога. Используя экспериментальный инструмент Ostracism Online, мы провели онлайн-эксперимент, в котором мы манипулировали остракизмом, измеряли рефлексивные реакции в недавно разработанной кооперативной финансовой игре. Участниками были 196 молодых чешских граждан (18-30 лет; 62% женщин). Тестирование показало ухудшение настроения и повышение угрозы в четырех основных потребностях на стадии рефлексии отчуждённых участников. Регрессивные модели показали, что социальная тревога мало влияет на рефлексивные реакции, но не смягчает эффект остракизма. Вид угрожающей потребности и социальной тревоги не предсказывал рефлексивную реакцию; единственным значимым показателем антисоциальной реакции был пережитый остракизм. Даже легкая форма остракизма в виде отсутствия реакции незнакомых людей на совместную публикацию может привести к негативным эмоциональным и поведенческим последствиям.
