Резюме

Цель данного исследования - проанализировать восприятие учителями своих навыков работы с медиа и использования ИКТ, а также то, какое значение они придают этим навыкам при подготовке учителей. На основе предложений ЮНЕСКО по ИКТ (информационным и коммуникационным технологиям) и МИГ (медийной и информационной грамотности) был разработан вопросник, на который ответили 402 учителя и будущих учителя. Дизайн исследования является кросс-секционным и исследовательским, с использованием описательной и корреляционной количественной методологии. Результаты показывают, что уровень самооценки компетентности учителей низок и всегда ниже, чем значение, придаваемое соответствующей компетентности. Учителя придают большее значение компетенциям МИГ, чем компетенциям ИКТ, что ставит под сомнение тенденцию приоритета технологической и дидактической подготовки над медиа подготовкой. В заключении говорится о необходимости изменения парадигмы в сторону конвергенции в политике подготовки учителей для цифровой эпохи и предлагается глобальная модель компетенций учителей в области медиа и ИКТ (COMPROMETIC), которая объединяет компетенции МИГ с компетенциями учителей ИКТ. Модель, основанная на двойном сближении: сближение различных видов грамотности и сближение мультиграмотности с конкретной подготовкой специалистов в области ИКТ и медиа.
