Резюме

Высшее образование является одной из движущих сил социального и экономического развития стран, конечной целью которого является обеспечение качественной академической подготовки. В настоящее время модели преподавания-обучения в виртуальной среде сопряжены с серьезными проблемами, особенно в текущей ситуации COVID-19. Некоторые из этих проблем будут рассмотрены в данном исследовании. В течение двух учебных лет во время пандемии мы работали с 225 студентами третьего курса бакалавриата по специальности "Медицинские науки". Цели: 1) проверить, есть ли существенные различия в удовлетворенности студентов учебным процессом в первый год пандемии (применялось обучение e-Learning) по сравнению со вторым годом (применялось обучение b-Learning); 2) проверить, есть ли существенные различия в академических результатах между двумя группами. Было проведено количественное исследование (факториальный дизайн 2x2, использовались ANOVA и ANCOVA) и качественное исследование (использовался сравнительный дизайн с анализом категоризации). Результаты свидетельствуют о различиях в некоторых аспектах удовлетворенности и результатах обучения в пользу преподавания на втором курсе. Студенты положительно оценили использование активных методик и технологических ресурсов, хотя и пришли к выводу, что их использование требует больше рабочего времени. Будущие исследования будут направлены на сравнение удовлетворенности студентов в других отраслях знаний.
