Резюме
Разжигание ненависти в отношении уязвимых групп населения признано серьезной проблемой для интеграции и соблюдения социального разнообразия, существующего на территории Европейского Союза. Рост такого рода дискурса был поддержан расширением социальных сетей, которые, как было доказано, действуют как механизм распространения преступлений против таких групп, как мигранты и беженцы, являющихся одной из основных затронутых групп. Именно поэтому мы провели первое европейское исследование социального принятия мигрантов и беженцев путем изучения наличия высказываний разжигающих ненависть. Исследование основано на перспективе теорий межгрупповых контактов и опосредованных межгрупповых контактов. Методология включает масштабный лонгитудинальный анализ (2015-2020) высказываний на почве ненависти в сети Twitter (N=847 978) и их сопоставление с существующими официальными показателями. Результаты показывают, что личный межгрупповой контакт положительно коррелирует с поддержкой мигрантов и беженцев местным населением, а опосредованный межгрупповой контакт не коррелирует с разжиганием ненависти в Twitter. Мы обнаружили доказательства того, что в тех регионах, где поддержка иностранцев была выше, уровень разжигания ненависти в Твиттере был ниже. Это является прогрессом в изучении высказываний по теме разжигания ненависти по территориям и может помочь в разработке стратегий действий.
