The relationship between teachers, among themselves, and between them and the means of communication, in a technological-communicational society, has been the target of our research in state schools, in the interior of Brazil. We have adopted action-research as our methodological strategy in order to collect, understand and reconstruct processes and relationships that take place in daily school experiences. We have organized study and psychodrama sessions, pedagogical workshops, and meetings for teachers, focusing on the topic of communication, which has constituted the content, the generating theme and/or the pedagogic work process.
