Abstract

This paper tries to design a university guidance program aimed at students, families and educational institutions. It can be adjusted by each university, uploaded in their web sites in order to be used by any interested person through Internet. The program has a preventive function and aims to satisfy the largest possible amount students´ requests for information and guidance on further studies. This will help university students to succeed and to get into the employment market. This program is comprehensive with many different actions and decisions within different stages in students´life: before, during and after university.
