Revista Comunicar, Scientific issue, is an international publication on education and the media, an open forum for knowing and understanding the new media languages. Its seventeen years of existence have seen it consolidate as a scientific journal at national and international level and it is listed in various international indexing systems such as Thomson Reuters (JCR, SSCI, Social Scisearch), Scopus, Francis and Sociological Abstracts, among others.

Today, it is an established platform of expression open to the participation and collaboration of all those professionals in education and the media interested in this crossover area of “Education and the Media”. Each issue centres on a single subject but also includes sections on research, studies, reports, reviews and experiences.
