Abstract

The universities have the responsibility to prove to the society that there is a different way to produce prime television and to help to their students to grow up into the situation society-mass media. The universities produce knowledge and generate a different attitude to face problems. The universities of this century must be reinvented by their own and not continue being a closed circle where some of them are dealing with the knowledge. The universities must become in a center for discussion in order to find the true and a better way of living, this effort could be by TV programs of different branches of knowledge by specialists in those subjects..
