摘要

儿童和青少年研究表明,老师是学生的媒体使用受调控的因素之一。然而,教师调控的实践几乎不为人知。研究着眼于在调控的概念下尽可能了解教师的实践情况 – 首先,将一系列与媒体相关的课程胜任度系统化,着眼于达到年轻人媒体行为机会最大化和风险最小化的目的;其次,测试了老师的职业和个体特质,看和学生媒体使用的机会和风险的调控有什么关联。我们分析了德国315名教师调查获得的数据,回归分析结果显示大多数因子按类似的方式预测机会与风险。在老师频繁使用信息和通讯技术(ICT)、考虑各自的胜任度很重要、积极与同事协同工作、不教授STEM的科目、不进健身房的情况下,老师对最大化机会和最小化风险更为积极。接受过ICT相关培训仅对机会管控是一个重要的预估,而年龄仅对风险管控是个重要预估。我们还讨论了研究结果的意义,以及调控的观念如何能为把老师发展成媒体教育者作出贡献。
