摘要

综合性电视新闻节目的受众表明,观众的兴趣和忠诚度在不断变化。大量调查显示,存在一些因素会干预节目和格式的成功与否,但在本文中我们分析哪些因素决定了新闻的可信度。此外,我们还想知道新闻的多元性是如何得到保障的,因为可信度和多元性是相互关联、相互制约的价值观。由于可信度是一种主观价值,因此有必要寻找能够对其进行严格分析的信息标准。研究主要目标是探讨是否就西班牙全国公共服务媒体公信力的定义、识别和评估的基本参数达成共识。 此外,我们也希望了解收视率是否有助于确定新闻的可信度。在这里,我们提供了研究人员、学者和传媒专业专家的观察,他们提供了不同视角的看法,这些视角整合了影响新闻阅读和解释的多个方面。从这项研究中得出的一个横向结论是,可信度是一个具有多维成分的概念,是一个过程的结果,在这个过程中,不同的过滤器干预了对事实的感知。这就是为什么一个故事可以有多种含义,可以与公民的不同观点相对应。
