摘要

本文的目标是详细规划有关互动这个概念的研究,同时指明显性的潮流和欠研究领域。研究基于五年间(2006-2010年)五个顶级通讯学期刊上发表的文章所使用的方法的内容分析。对互动研究所用方法的评估以对社会性互动、文本互动和技术互动的对比区分为基础。这一分类进一步发展,加入了互动层次归类的考虑(低级,中级和高级),便于更进一步对不同的介导实践进行分类。这使关于互动的9个理论子集的详述成为研究文章分析的主要归类。我们在这个阵列中设置不同的方法来响应概念上不同类型和层次的受众/用户互动。分析表明学术焦点处于低级文本互动和高级社会互动实践内,而高技术高文本互动却是欠研究领域。受众/用户和文本关系的调研主要定位在内容分析和测量。高级社会互动的研究复苏了人种志学方法的应用,而技术互动的可能性作为研究工具而非作为对象被接纳。
