摘要

基于联合国教科文组织媒体与信息文化胜任水准,这篇研究文章提出了在泰国扩散媒体修养教育的一个系统的途径。在媒体素养专家在功效和实用性方面通过深度访谈进行核实之前,我们使用一种混合方法研究来构建媒体修养学习纲要。访谈数据产生出作为整体化、系统化的途径而扩散媒体修养教育的“媒体修养生态系统”。媒体修养生态系统假定,学习纲要在一种支持媒体修养的环境中奏效,各个部分相互依赖而又相互平行地运转着。这由媒体修养学习纲要(学习者,推进者,课程和教学法),社会(社区,民政部门,媒体,和父母)和政策构成。我们相信,使用生态系统模型能引起学习者改变行为这一教育的终极目标,换句话说,媒体修养将会成为一种生活方式。访谈数据还导致了一个新发现,泰国媒体修养的组成部分应由使用权、分析和评估、反应和创造构成,而不是使用权、评估和创造构成,但这个国家一直以此为框架使用了10多年。如果稍作修改并用作临时政策指南,这一研究的发现也能适用于其他有不同学习者组别的文化。
