摘要

尽管互联网为父母提供对开放知识的访问的数量一直在增加,却很少得到大家的关注。这篇论文为检验父母养育子女的资源提供了一个伦理与内容的参考框架。伦理的标准基于HON(网络健康)的参考体系,而内容的标准则基于积极养育参考体系和学习材料使用的有效性。这些标准用在了对讲西班牙语的父母的国际网站(n=100)的一个调查里。卡方分析显示,相对南美洲而言,西班牙的网站、公司官网、信息网站,以及父母的互动网站在隐私、权威性、合理可证性以及财务公开等方面得到的评分更高。用于内容标准的层级式簇分析显示,和劣质网站不同,高质网站重视性别平等这个积极的父母角色观,塑造了不同的教养实践、多媒体格式教育内容,利用了实验、学院和技术信息。而隐私,财务公开和合理可证性等更容易在高、中等质量的内容簇里找到。在结论里,我们的研究举例说明了开放式知识的某些挑战,对网站设计者们提高质量、对想要帮助父母们开发有效的技能而寻找值得信赖的资源的专业人士提供了优先领域。
