维基百科是大学生广为使用的一个资源,但他们并非对其完全依靠和信赖,也不认为是一种可在其中进行内容贡献的语境。论文表述了一个施教和研究的项目,包括让学生编辑或创建维基百科文章并测试他们对这个平台的认知价值是否在实验中有所改变。我们在庞佩乌•法布拉大学(西班牙巴塞罗那)和尼斯大学(塞尔维亚尼斯)对总数达240名的学生进行了实验。学生们编辑文章,回答两个问卷调查的问题,一个在练习前,一个在练习后。我们用一系列样本配对测试对实验前后的问卷回答进行了对比,数据由此显示学生确实极大地改变了对维基百科可靠性、可用性和发现维基百科中错误信息的可能性的认知。他们对撰写维基文章作业的喜爱在兴趣度和挑战方面都增加了。不过,他们对这个平台社会价值的判断并无重大改变,在大学里和一般情况下都是如此。此外,开放式问题和非正式反馈使得我们能收集到对整个实验的评估有价值的见解。
