当下危机与变革的情景促成了把企业家精神作为发展新媒体商务模式的一条途径的观点,这能在大学培训中得到开展。在本研究中,我们着眼于这种培训效果的探究。我们使用对在大学商务创新和管理进行培训的西班牙新闻与传理企业家深度访谈的办法,进行了定性性研究。研究结果显示,无论在一般意义上或对特定企业项目方面,比如组织、商业计划/模式、市场营销、创新、社会方面以及生活质量等等,这种对企业家精神的培训有着积极效果。我们也观察到了大学培训中新创项目和高级项目最终效果之间的模式差别。从这方面看,培训支持了新商务的创造和现有商务的发展。最后,对提高培训的建议和对企业创新的限制揭示了提供这种教育的重要性,要更为实用,提供最新方法,使实际商业与大学世界有内在的联系。因此,这项工作的实际例子对于在新的发展方面开创机会至关重要,让未来一代代的新闻记者实现他们重要的社会作用。
