在年轻人探索他们的性世界的实践中,性短信是其中一种。对这一现象的各个方面尽管已经有了教育学的方案,但到目前为止,西班牙还没有发表过什么研究,通过区分不同样式的性短信行为来分析它的流行:发送,接收,第三方转发,和通过媒介接收。通过探索,这一研究中的缺口被提了出来:1) 性短信流行度,区别不同行为;2)性短信行为与性别,年龄,性取向,有浪漫/性伙伴,使用的社交网站,及首发性短信常态化和意愿程度之间的关系;3)基于性别的差异。共3,314名年龄在12~16岁之间的青少年参加了这一研究。最为频繁的性短信行为得以辨识,是通过中介媒体接收和发送的,紧跟其后的是第三方转发及性内容发送。每一受分析变量的相对重要性依赖于特定性短信行为及参与人的性别。研究结果强调,需要解决性短信行为背后的多样性问题,并在教育学的背景中处理每一种情况。这一对不同行为更细致的观察可以在教育中作为出发点来增加人们对此的意识,和帮助决策。
