摘要

智能电话的出现彻底变革了后青少年(18~21岁)接触和使用因特网的方式。现在智能电话连上因特网越来越容易,大量珍贵的健康信息仅是一次点击或手指滑动一次之遥。对后青少年e健康修养的需求现在得到了重视,因为它确保对健康信息的有效使用。这个研究对427名后青少年开展了问卷调查来评估他们的e健康修养水平,他们对线上健康信息质量的认知,他们对线上健康信任和认可度水平,并检查了通过线上媒介获取健康信息是否导致其行为倾向的改变。结果显示,大多数后青少年喜欢浏览多个网站来满足对健康信息的需要。文字和图片的健康信息比视频内容更受欢迎,并且他们大多喜欢访问自己母语的线上健康信息。癌症和肥胖症是两种性别都感兴趣的问题。尽管智能电话使用量高,但移动应用(APPs)是最不受喜爱的健康信息访问模式。e健康修养和可信度肯定地预测了行为倾向,而健康信息的质量没有预测行为倾向。
