摘要
對用於基礎教育的電子參考目錄資源的研究包括對滿足年輕使用者需要的搜索機制的思考。通過《數位圖書館》教育性研究項目中的調查，我們明顯看到，被開發的集合利用了更貼合高等教育的語言。面對這一問題，我們不禁要問：什麼才是給基礎教育電子參考目錄資源分類的標準？此中提出的調查方案是非實驗性質的，伴隨著非概率論性質的案例研究樣本；該樣本包括了來自10個參考目錄類別的250種資源。我們的分析評價了各個資源，依照其：可訪問性，資源所屬的課程軸和格式；教學性的，功能性的，技術性的，和美學性的角度。結果顯示平均數為3.76，表明參考目錄集合提供了高品質的資源，雖然仍需在教學性和功能性方面得到加強。為基礎教育劃分電子資源的類別，需要考慮教學性的需求，圖形和技術品質，尤其還有現今獲取資訊的不斷變化的途徑。這就確定了建立一套指示器的必要性，這些指示器能夠讓教師們基於基礎教育的課程軸來選擇電子資源。
