Резюме

Социальные сети могут способствовать созданию инклюзивного общества, но они также являются асимметричными и поляризованными коммуникационными пространствами. Это требует компетентных учителей для формирования критического цифрового гражданства. Цель этой статьи двоякая: представить веб-скрейпинг и текстовую аналитику как инструменты для определения цифровой компетентности учителей, а также исследовать, какие посты в Twitter и Instagram являются наиболее вирусными в отношении образования, инвалидности и инклюзии. Всего было проанализировано 48 991 публикация на испанском и английском языках, относящаяся к периоду с 13 октября 2021 года по 1 мая 2022 года. Были отобраны 100 наиболее вирусных сообщений, и выявлены корреляции между настроением, полом и влиянием, связанными с контентом, его временным и географическим пространством. Результаты показывают, что группы экономического и политического влияния являются наиболее вирусными, оттесняя на второе место некоммерческие организации или частных лиц с альтруистическими целями; только в международные даты эта тенденция меняется на противоположную. Боты не вмешиваются в навязывание сообщений; это алгоритмы искусственного интеллекта, которые оттесняют на второй план виндикационный и гуманистический контент. Наиболее влиятельные люди - преимущественно мужчины, связанные с институциональными аккаунтами в политической сфере. Сделан вывод, что инструменты "Big Data" и "Business Intelligence" помогают учителям анализировать актуальные образовательные и социальные вопросы, а также приобретать коллективную этику перед лицом новых образовательных вызовов.
