摘要

在一段时间内，中东和北非充满了社会不稳定，政局的动荡，自由的限制和公众的不满。在这些地区媒体教育的发展受到了很大的限制，文明教育在这些国家和地区也没有得到充分的实施，公众和媒体之间存在很大的差距。这项研究试图分析中东国家和北非国家的特点，它们的恶略媒体环境，使用委婉的方法说明该地区的压力和文明教育的矛盾性。试图推动政治和其相关关系来解释当今局势。应用现有研究数据，与当局政府合作，说明有机会来改变该地区的文明媒体的现状。
