摘要
这项研究指出非洲的媒体教育应该是公民教育。这项计划是在后殖民时期的思想言论自由的基础上进行的。这个新殖民地区的教育媒体的独立,在记者和教师的自主性得到明显体现。但是,非洲人正在慢慢回到苦难,这需要一个庞大的记者团来解救大家。我们研究了马拉维和赞比亚的收音机听众俱乐部,找出媒体对大众的影响。这篇论文主要是主要分析媒体,民主和发展之间的关系,发展解脱报纸的思想,培养公民的积极性,建立民主体系和加强人权。
