摘要
虛擬和混合學習環境下的互動分析是一個複雜的問題,因為它需要超出量化方法(資訊數)的處理範疇,在教學活動的情境下獲取互動情況的動態資訊。本文展示了一套在博士論文研究期間設計出來的互動分析策略,針對的是兩個明確的難題:第一,互動該如何被觀察?第二,互動如何與學習成績聯繫起來?設計的這些策略為分析教學活動、非同步線上討論、互動表像以及互動與學習成績之間的關係提供了一些要素。在分析教學活動方面,本文採用了社會文化活動理論中的要素。在非同步線上討論方面,本文利用一組反映知識構建過程的類別分析法,對討論的文字整理稿進行了內容分析。對互動表像的分析是通過佛羅格拉瑪技術進行的,這是另一種分析網路論壇上的討論的方法。互動與學習成績的關係則是通過抽取分組,比較其動態互動資訊和學習成績而建立的。最後,本文給出了一個例子,演示如何運用這些策略。
