摘要

古希腊《荷马史诗》的注文证据可早至到公元前五世纪,当时《伊利亚特》和《奥德赛》是职业歌唱家/作曲家来表演,在表演中他们还管演绎诗歌注文,以回答观众对诗歌的疑问。公元前八世纪到公元前二世纪、一世纪发生于古希腊的唱诵文化到文学社会长长的转化过程中,注文渐渐合并到书面诗歌文本中。公元十世纪时,中世纪经典书页边上的书面注文的量已经变得非常多了。对于《古代英雄》(哈佛X MOOC)最早的两个版本,要实施一整套我们要求当作精读和评估手段的注文工具曾是不可能的事儿。使用不完全系统,我们得以在精读和自我评估练习里建立一种注文类似体。对预期的第三版(9/2014),我们预期具备针对哈佛X开发的一整套文字和视频注文工具,包括语义标签和注文全面共享。这个保证教育经验更加有效的系统将会在荷马注文长长的历史中翻开数码的篇章。
