增强老年人社交应用程序可用性和使用性的设计模式

摘要

本论文旨在不完全展示老年成年人使用的互动社交程序设计的一套共36种设计模式。该提案表述了一个可信赖的起始点,由此设计师/开发师可以容易地为上面所述技术把使用性合并到界面中去,从而促进老年成年人接受、使用和适应这些新技术。提案的设计模式是基于先前的工作,这些工作一般性地表达为设计标准和指南,用以描述在这种界面中出现的使用性问题,并以一种对设计师/开发师有用的设计模式形式,通过详细说明相关使用性问题和给出解决办法的方式来强化些替代方案。通过实施“启发式评估”技巧(常用于人机互动研究以获取用户对一特定设计的感知)的使用性研究,设计模式的针对性也得到了分析。我们从两种观点出发进行研究:专家的有利地位,和社会组老年成年人的看法。分析揭示:提议的设计模式有利于创造设计优良的界面,进而提供较好的用户体验,促使对老年成年人的生活质量产生积极影响。
