摘要

得益于信息和通信技术（ICTs）的发展，知识管理（KM）在各个学术和商业领域中的融合受到了青睐。本研究的目的在于，一方面了解西班牙大学教育学院和工程学院学生KM的关键过程，另一方面评估ICTs如何对这一过程提供支持。为此，我们将MAINGC设计和验证的问卷应用于2018-2019学年进入大学的200名学生。对14种ICTs工具和4个KM维度进行了分析：信息管理，信息向知识的转化，学习所得管理以及支持KM的ICTs工具。结果表明，根据性别，年龄和学位的不同，学生在技术使用和对KM的感知方面存在差异。由此可以观察到，在KM过程中，师范学生表现出比工程专业的学生更强的能力。关于信息通信技术工具的使用，学生回答的问卷结果表明，他们对TICs的使用尚未完全融合到KM过程中，并且两组在学术环境中对其使用方式也存在差异。
