摘要

地级城市的儿童政策是推动儿童参与城市活动的动力来源。在本文中我们主要介绍地方政策作为通过数字中介促进儿童参与及其公民身份的空间。正是在这种直接的环境中，让儿童和青少年的权利得以行使和倡导。本研究旨在分析市政领导（官员和技术人物）对数字环境的看法以及他们如何利用数字环境促进儿童参与市政。这项研究是国际教育城市协会 (IACE) 和儿童友好城市 (CAI-Unicef)参与合作的国家级项目的一部分。我们从IACE和CAI协会成员城市中选取了179个 西班牙城市的 279名研究对象（191个技术人员和88名官员），于 2020 年对数据进行收集，并使用了两个特别设计调查问卷。本研究的最重要的两个结果显示：(a) 我们发现了一个变量，其可以确定调解儿童参与技术环境的技术工具与不参与技术环境的技术工具之间的差异； (b) 将数字环境作为信息交互空间。综上所述，研究认为需要重新考虑作为一个参与空间的数字环境并增加对支持儿童公民身份数字技术的使用的必要性。
