摘要

本文提出了一种基于 网络信息挖掘技术的网络数据分析模型，旨在发现有关网络空间中大量数据的知识。为了测试所提出的方法，我们将有关自杀的网页作为案例研究进行了分析，目的是识别和检测有自杀倾向的学生的特征。该过程考虑使用 Web Scraper 在网上定位和下载信息，以及用于检索单词的自然语言处理技术。为了解信息，我们建立了一个基于动态表和语义本体的数据集，确指了可预测有自杀倾向的年轻人的变量。最后，为了评估模型的效率，我们使用了机器学习和深度学习算法。应该注意的是，数据集构建（使用遗传算法）和使用并行计算和图形处理单元 (GPU) 加速获取知识的过程得到了优化。结果表明，对有自杀倾向的青少年特征的检测准确率为96.28%，通过循环神经网络可达到准确率为98%的最佳结果。由此推断，该模型在建立自杀行为的作用机制和预防机制的基础上是可行的，可以在教育机构或社会的不同行为者中实施。
