Abstract

The author is aware of the important role that on line education plays as an answer to the needs of a world that is constantly changing. In this sense, she considers television is the most important medium in this area and for this reason she proposes the creation of an educational television channel. This paper reflects on the creation of this channel in the context of on line higher education on a national scale.
